Data we use and why
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. The website forwards these details to our email service at email.hamana.lv so we can answer your request and discuss a possible project. We rely on steps requested before entering a contract where relevant (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in answering general enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). You can also contact us directly by email or phone.
Loading the website necessarily sends technical request data, such as your IP address and browser headers, to the hosting infrastructure. This is used to deliver and secure the website, based on our legitimate interest in operating it (Article 6(1)(f)). The application does not use this data for profiling or advertising.

Sharing and retention
Contact requests are available to the people handling enquiries and the hosting and email providers needed to deliver them. We do not sell contact details or send them to advertising or analytics services.
We retain contact correspondence for 12 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or an active dispute requires longer. The website itself does not keep a separate contact-form database. Browser preferences remain until changed or deleted in your browser.
